For the dough: Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, mix softened butter, sour cream, and egg until smooth. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry, mixing until a soft dough forms. Chill for 30 minutes.

For the filling: Crumble the sirene cheese. Mix with the wilted and chopped spinach, sautéed leeks, and black pepper. Ensure the mixture is well combined.

Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Roll out the dough to about 0.5 cm thickness. Cut into squares.

Place a portion of the spinach and cheese filling onto one half of each dough square. Fold the other half over and press edges to seal.

Arrange the milinki on the baking sheets. Brush the tops with egg yolk.
