- All-purpose flour50 g
- Vegetable oil for frying1 liter

Ensure mashed potatoes are firm. If too soft, chill them.

Mix in one egg, salt, and pepper into the mashed potatoes.

Shape the mixture into small logs or balls.

Prepare three shallow dishes: flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs.

Coat each croquette in flour, then beaten egg, and finally breadcrumbs.

Heat oil to 180°C (350°F) in a pot.

Fry croquettes until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
