  • Pre-cooked smoked sausage (e.g., Kielbasa), sliced12 oz
  • Onion1 medium
  • Garlic2 cloves
  • Tomato paste1 tablespoon
  • Paprika (sweet)1 teaspoon
  • Dried savory or marjoram1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Water or broth1 cup

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet or pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

    Add the sliced pre-cooked sausage and cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned.

    Bring to a simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes, allowing flavors to meld and the stew to thicken slightly. Add more liquid if it becomes too thick.
