- Canned white beans (e.g., Great Northern or Cannellini), rinsed and drained2 (15-oz) cans
- Pre-cooked smoked sausage (e.g., Kielbasa), sliced12 oz
- Onion1 medium
- Garlic2 cloves
- Tomato paste1 tablespoon
- Paprika (sweet)1 teaspoon
- Dried savory or marjoram1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Water or broth1 cup

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the sliced pre-cooked sausage and cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned.
