- Vegetable oil50ml
- Sirene cheese (Bulgarian white brine cheese)150g
- Egg (for wash)1

Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.

Add wet ingredients: Pour in warm milk and vegetable oil. Mix until a soft dough forms.

Knead briefly: Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until it's smooth.

First rise (short): Cover the dough and let it rest in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Prepare filling: Crumble the sirene cheese.

Shape pogacha: Punch down the dough. Flatten it into a rectangle on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the crumbled sirene cheese evenly over the dough. Roll it up like a Swiss roll, then shape it into a round loaf. Alternatively, you can press the cheese into the flattened dough and fold it over.

Second rise (short): Cover and let rest for another 15 minutes.

Bake: Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Brush the top with beaten egg.
