- Fresh parsley, chopped2 tbsp
- Black pepper1/2 tsp

Activate yeast: Combine lukewarm water, sugar, and yeast. Let stand for 5-10 minutes until foamy.

Make dough: In a large bowl, combine bread flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until a cohesive dough forms.

Knead dough: Knead on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

First rise: Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled.

Prepare filling: Crumble sirene cheese into a bowl. Mix in chopped dill, parsley, and black pepper.

Shape pogacha: Punch down dough. Divide into two portions. Roll out one portion into a circle and place in a greased baking dish. Spread the cheese and herb mixture evenly. Top with the second rolled-out dough circle, sealing the edges. Alternatively, you can braid the dough strips with the filling.

Second rise: Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.

Bake: Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Brush the top with beaten egg.
