- unsalted butter1/2 cup

- egg yolks2 large
- granulated sugar1/4 cup

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Generously butter and flour four 6-ounce ramekins.

Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Let cool slightly.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until pale and slightly thickened.

Gently fold the slightly cooled chocolate mixture into the egg mixture.

Fold in the flour and salt until just combined. Do not overmix.
