In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together milk and eggs.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking continuously until a smooth batter forms. Stir in the melted butter.

Heat a lightly oiled non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan and swirl to coat the bottom evenly.

Cook for 1-2 minutes, until the edges are golden brown and the bottom is set. Flip and cook for another 30-60 seconds.

Slide the crepe onto a plate. Repeat with the remaining batter, lightly greasing the pan as needed.
