- Milk2 cups
- Eggs2 large

- Butter, melted1 tablespoon
- Mushrooms, sliced8 oz
- Onion, finely chopped1 small
- Vegetable oil, for fryingas needed
- Fresh dill, chopped2 tablespoons

For the crepes: Whisk together buckwheat flour, all-purpose flour, salt, and milk. Stir in eggs and melted butter until smooth. Let rest for 15 minutes.

For the filling: Sauté chopped onion in oil until softened. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until browned and tender. Stir in chopped dill and season with salt and pepper.

Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter and cook until golden brown on both sides.

Place a portion of the mushroom filling onto one half of each crepe. Fold the crepe over the filling.
