- All-purpose flour75g
- Eggs1
- Vegetable oil for frying100ml
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Dried oregano1 tsp

Cut the kashkaval cheese into small cubes, about 2 cm.

In a bowl, whisk the egg with salt and pepper. In a separate shallow dish, place the flour seasoned with oregano.

Toss the cheese cubes in the seasoned flour, then dip them into the whisked egg, ensuring they are well coated.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.

Fry the coated cheese cubes in batches for about 1-2 minutes per side, until golden and melted. Be careful not to overcook.

Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
