- Fresh spinach, finely chopped and squeezed dry100g
- Fresh parsley, chopped2 tbsp
- Fresh dill, chopped1 tbsp
- Egg (for wash)1

In a bowl, combine warm water, yeast, sugar, and salt. Let sit for 5 minutes.

Add vegetable oil and flour to the yeast mixture. Mix to form a soft dough. Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth.

Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.

While dough rises, crumble sirene cheese. Mix with squeezed spinach, parsley, and dill.
