- Vegetable Broth1.5 liters
- Potatoes2 medium
- Carrots1 large
- Celery Stalk1
- Bay Leaf1
- Fresh Dill2 tbsp, chopped

- Vegetable Oil1 tbsp

In a bowl, combine ground pork, ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well until thoroughly combined.

Roll the mixture into small, bite-sized meatballs (about 2-3 cm in diameter).

Heat vegetable oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides. Remove meatballs and set aside.

Add diced potatoes, carrots, and celery to the pot. Sauté for 5 minutes.

Pour in the vegetable broth, add the bay leaf, and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat, add the browned meatballs back to the pot, and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until vegetables are tender and meatballs are cooked through.

Stir in chopped fresh dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Remove bay leaf before serving. Ladle the soup into bowls.
