- Fresh nettle leaves500g
- Potatoes3 medium
- Onion1 medium
- Garlic2 cloves
- Vegetable broth1 liter
- Heavy cream100ml
- Butter2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Fresh dillfor garnish

Wash nettle leaves thoroughly and blanch them in boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Drain and chop finely.

Peel and dice potatoes. Finely chop onion and garlic.

In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté onion until softened, then add garlic and cook for another minute.

Add diced potatoes and vegetable broth to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.

Add the chopped nettle leaves to the pot. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Carefully blend the soup using an immersion blender until smooth, or transfer to a regular blender. Return to the pot if using a regular blender.

Stir in heavy cream. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Heat gently without boiling.

Serve hot, garnished with fresh dill.
