  • Parsnips1 medium
  • Celery root1 small piece
  • Garlic3 cloves
  • Canned diced tomatoes400g
  • Red wine (dry)150ml
  • Lamb broth or water1.8 liters
  • Olive oil3 tbsp
  • Smoked paprika1.5 tbsp
  • Dried thyme1 tsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Rosemary sprigfor garnish

    Cut lamb into cubes. Heat olive oil in a large pot and brown the lamb on all sides.
