- Ground Beef400 g
- Onions1 large
- Eggs3 large
- Milk200 ml
- Vegetable Oil30 ml
- Paprika1 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Black Pepperto taste

Thinly slice the potatoes. You can parboil them for 3-4 minutes or use them raw if sliced very thinly.

Chop the onion and sauté in oil until soft. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.

Layer the potatoes and meat mixture in a greased baking dish.

Whisk eggs and milk together. Pour over the moussaka.

Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 35-45 minutes until golden and cooked through.
