  • Jarred Roasted Red Peppers150 g
  • Onion Soup Mix1 packet
  • Eggs2 large
  • Shredded Cheese (e.g., Cheddar or Gouda)150 g
  • Milk100 ml
  • Vegetable Oil2 tbsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Black Pepperto taste

    Slice zucchini into 0.5 cm thick rounds. Lightly sauté in oil until slightly tender. Set aside.

    Brown the ground beef in a pan. Drain excess fat. Stir in the chopped roasted red peppers and the onion soup mix with water according to packet instructions.

    In a baking dish, layer the zucchini and the meat sauce. Top with the shredded cheese.
