- Kashkaval cheese50g, grated
- Eggs4 large
- Red chili flakes1/2 tsp (or to taste)
- Fresh parsley2 tbsp, chopped
- Butter1 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Water1/2 cup

Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Prepare bell peppers by washing, halving lengthwise, and deseeding.

In a bowl, combine crumbled sirene cheese, grated kashkaval cheese, chopped parsley, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.

Fill the pepper halves with the cheese and chili mixture.

Make an indentation in the filling and carefully crack an egg into each pepper.

Arrange peppers in a baking dish, add water to the bottom.

Add a small knob of butter to each pepper.
