- Garlic3 cloves
- Vegetable oil3 tbsp
- Paprika (sweet)1 tbsp
- Black pepper1 tsp
- Saltto taste

Slice the pork tenderloin into thin strips. Slice the onions and bell peppers into strips. Mince the garlic.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the pork strips and stir-fry until browned. Remove pork and set aside.

Add the sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet. Stir-fry until tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and paprika, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
