- Onions1 large
- Bell peppers (mixed colors)2 cups, sliced
- Cherry tomatoes1 cup, halved
- Garlic2 cloves
- Chicken broth1/2 cup
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Sweet paprika1 tsp
- Dried oregano1/2 tsp
- Black pepperto taste
- Saltto taste
- Fresh dillfor garnish

Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

Slice onions and bell peppers. Halve cherry tomatoes. Mince garlic.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Add onions and bell peppers to the skillet and sauté until tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes.

Add garlic, paprika, and oregano, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Return chicken to the skillet. Add cherry tomatoes and chicken broth.
