  • Cherry tomatoes1 cup, halved
  • Garlic2 cloves
  • Chicken broth1/2 cup
  • Olive oil2 tbsp
  • Sweet paprika1 tsp
  • Dried oregano1/2 tsp
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Saltto taste
  • Fresh dillfor garnish

    Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

    Slice onions and bell peppers. Halve cherry tomatoes. Mince garlic.

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

    Add onions and bell peppers to the skillet and sauté until tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes.

    Add garlic, paprika, and oregano, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

    Return chicken to the skillet. Add cherry tomatoes and chicken broth.

    Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5-10 minutes until sauce slightly thickens and tomatoes soften.
