- Beef (stewing cuts, cut smaller)500g
- Onions1 large
- Garlic3 cloves
- Potatoes2 medium
- Carrots1 large
- Bell Peppers (mixed colors)1.5 large
- Tomatoes (crushed or diced)400g
- Tomato Paste1 tbsp
- Beef Broth250ml
- Vegetable Oil2 tbsp
- Paprika (sweet)1 tsp
- Black Pepperto taste
- Saltto taste
- Fresh Dillfor garnish

Cut beef into 1.5-2 cm cubes. Season with salt and pepper.

Peel and dice potatoes and carrots into small cubes (approx. 1 cm). Chop onions and mince garlic. Dice bell peppers.

Heat oil in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the beef cubes quickly on all sides. Remove beef and set aside.

Add onions to the skillet and sauté until softened, about 4-5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

Stir in tomato paste and paprika, cook for 1 minute.

Add diced potatoes, carrots, and bell peppers. Sauté for 5 minutes.

Pour in crushed tomatoes and beef broth. Bring to a simmer, scraping the bottom.

Return the beef to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and reduce heat to medium-low.

Simmer for 30-40 minutes, or until beef is tender and vegetables are cooked through. Stir occasionally and add a splash of water if it becomes too dry.
