  • Fresh parsley, finely chopped2 tbsp
  • Fresh dill, finely chopped1 tbsp
  • Garlic, minced1 clove
  • Vegetable oil for fryingas needed
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste

    Cut kashkaval cheese into 1-1.5 cm thick slices.

    In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs with chopped parsley, dill, and minced garlic.

    Prepare two other shallow dishes: one with flour, and one with beaten eggs seasoned with salt and pepper.

    Coat each cheese slice first in flour, then dip in egg, and finally press firmly into the herb-garlic breadcrumb mixture.

    Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.

    Fry the breaded cheese slices for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.

    Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
