- Pre-shredded sour cabbage500g
- Onion1 large
- Garlic2 cloves
- Sweet paprika1 tbsp
- Black pepper1/2 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Water100 ml
- Fresh dill (for garnish)small bunch

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and black pepper.

Peel and thinly slice the onion. Mince the garlic.

If the sour cabbage is very salty, rinse it briefly.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add the sliced onion to the same skillet and sauté until softened, about 4-5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the shredded sour cabbage to the skillet. Stir and cook for 5 minutes, allowing it to soften slightly.

Stir in the sweet paprika.

Return the browned chicken to the skillet. Add the water.

Bring to a simmer, then cover the skillet and reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cabbage is tender. Stir occasionally.
