- Onions1 large
- Mushrooms200g
- Garlic4 cloves
- Dry white wine50ml
- Butter2 tbsp
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Fresh dillfor garnish

Clean the chicken livers and pat them dry. Cut larger ones in half.

Slice the onion. Slice the mushrooms and garlic.

Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add onions and sauté until translucent, about 4 minutes.

Add mushrooms and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Add chicken livers and garlic, cook until livers are browned on the outside and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.

Deglaze the pan with white wine, scraping up any browned bits. Let it simmer for 1 minute.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
