Ingredients
- Salmon fillets, cut into cubes1.5 lbs
- Pre-made Teriyaki sauce1 cup
- Broccoli florets2 cups
- Red bell pepper, thinly sliced1
- Vegetable oil1 tablespoon
- Cooked rice4 cups
- Sesame seeds1 teaspoon
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
Steps

Steam broccoli florets until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes. Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add salmon cubes to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.

Add sliced red bell pepper and cook for another 2 minutes.

Pour teriyaki sauce over the salmon and vegetables. Stir to coat and cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and glazes the ingredients.
