Ingredients
- Pre-cooked yakisoba noodles4 servings
- Chicken breast200g
- Broccoli1 cup
- Bell pepper (any color)1 medium
- Soy sauce3 tbsp
- Ketchup2 tbsp
- Honey or sugar1 tbsp
- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Sesame seedsfor garnish
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Chop broccoli into small florets and slice the bell pepper.

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, ketchup, honey (or sugar), and garlic powder for the sauce.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.

Add broccoli and bell pepper to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Add the pre-cooked yakisoba noodles to the skillet. Pour the sauce over everything and toss to combine. Cook for 2-3 minutes until noodles are heated and sauce is slightly thickened.
