Ingredients
- Cooked shrimp1 cup, finely chopped
- Chives1/4 cup, finely chopped
- Ginger1 tsp, minced
- Garlic1 clove, minced
- Soy sauce1 tbsp
- Sesame oil1/2 tsp
- Salt1/4 tsp
- Black pepper1/8 tsp
- Round dumpling wrappers40
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Water1/3 cup

In a bowl, combine chopped cooked shrimp, chives, minced ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.

Assemble the potstickers by placing about 1 teaspoon of filling onto each wrapper. Moisten edges with water, fold in half, and pleat to seal.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Place dumplings in a single layer and pan-fry for 2-3 minutes until bottoms are golden.

Add 1/3 cup of water to the skillet, cover immediately, and reduce heat to medium. Steam for 5-6 minutes until wrappers are tender.

Remove lid and cook for 1 minute to dry out bottoms.
