Ingredients
- Lo mein noodles12 ounces
- Shrimp, peeled and deveined1 pound
- Broccoli florets2 cups
- Bell pepper (any color), sliced1 cup
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Soy sauce1/4 cup
- Hoisin sauce2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil1 tablespoon
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Sesame seeds1 teaspoon

Cook lo mein noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant (about 30 seconds).

Add shrimp and stir-fry until pink and cooked through. Remove shrimp from wok.

Add broccoli florets and bell pepper slices to the wok. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Return shrimp to the wok. Add the cooked noodles and the sauce mixture. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
