Ingredients
- Pre-cut cauliflower florets4 cups
- Pre-cut potato cubes2 cups
- Ginger-garlic paste1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil1.5 tbsp
- Cumin seeds1 tsp
- Turmeric powder0.75 tsp
- Coriander powder1 tsp
- Garam masala0.5 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Fresh cilantrofor garnish
- Water2-3 tbsp

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add potato cubes and cauliflower florets. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add 2-3 tablespoons of water, cover, and steam-cook for 10-12 minutes, or until vegetables are tender-crisp. Stir occasionally.

Uncover, stir in garam masala, and cook for another minute.
