Ingredients

- All-purpose flour1.5 cups

- Vegetable oil for frying3 cups
- Honey3/4 cup
- Sriracha or other chili sauce1/4 cup
- Butter2 tbsp
- Saltto taste

Season chicken tenders with salt and pepper.

Set up a dredging station: one plate with flour, one bowl with beaten eggs.

Dredge each tender in flour, then dip in egg, and dredge again in flour. Shake off excess.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat to about 350°F (175°C).

Fry chicken tenders in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
