Ingredients
- Cooked rice (day-old)500g
- Parmesan cheese50g
- Eggs1
- Prosciutto50g
- Mozzarella cheese50g
- Breadcrumbs150g
- Vegetable oil500ml
- Saltto taste

Finely chop prosciutto and mozzarella.

In a bowl, combine cooked rice, grated Parmesan, one egg, chopped prosciutto, and chopped mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well until combined.
