- Sweet Potatoes3 lbs
- Butter1/2 cup
- Heavy Cream1/4 cup

- Maple Syrup1/4 cup

- Pecans1 cup, chopped
- Brown Sugar1/2 cup
- Bourbon2 tbsp
- Cinnamon1/2 tsp

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Wash and boil sweet potatoes until tender. Drain and peel.

Mash sweet potatoes in a large bowl. Add melted butter, heavy cream, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth.

Pour sweet potato mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
