Ingredients
- Cherry tomatoes1 pint
- Bocconcini (small mozzarella balls)8 oz
- Fresh basil leaves1/2 bunch
- Extra virgin olive oil2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
Steps

Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves.

Drain the bocconcini.

Thread one cherry tomato, one folded basil leaf, and one bocconcini onto each skewer.
