Ingredients
- Ready-rolled puff pastry2 sheets
- Cooked beef, diced300g
- Pre-cooked diced potatoes200g
- Pre-cooked diced swede (rutabaga)100g
- Onion, finely chopped100g
- Beef stock cube, crumbled1/2
- Worcestershire sauce1 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Egg, beaten (for glaze)1

Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan/Gas Mark 6).

In a bowl, combine the cooked beef, potatoes, swede, and onion. Stir in the crumbled stock cube and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

Unroll the puff pastry and cut into 4 equal portions. If using a block, roll out and cut into 4 rectangles.

Spoon the filling onto one half of each pastry portion, leaving a border.

Moisten the edges with water. Fold the pastry over the filling and crimp to seal. Cut a small slit in the top.

Brush with beaten egg. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.
