  • beef broth1/4 cup
  • cloves1/8 teaspoon
  • cinnamon1/8 teaspoon
  • salt3/4 teaspoon
  • black pepper1/4 teaspoon

Steps

    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Unroll one pie crust and place in a 9-inch pie plate.

    In a skillet, brown ground pork. Drain fat. Add chopped onion and garlic, cook until softened.

    Stir in bread crumbs, beef broth, cloves, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring, until thickened.

    Pour the meat mixture into the prepared pie crust.

    Top with the second pie crust. Crimp edges and cut vents.

    Bake for 20 minutes, then reduce oven temperature to 375°F (190°C) and bake for another 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
