- Graham cracker crumbs1.5 cups
- Shredded coconut1/2 cup
- Dried cranberries1/2 cup
- Butter, softened1/2 cup
- Powdered sugar1 cup
- Milk2 tablespoons
- Vanilla extract1 teaspoon
- White chocolate chips6 ounces
- Butter2 tablespoons

For the base: Melt 1/2 cup butter in a saucepan. Stir in graham cracker crumbs, coconut, and dried cranberries. Press mixture evenly into the bottom of an ungreased 8x8 inch pan.

For the filling: Cream together 1/2 cup softened butter, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread evenly over the base.

For the topping: Melt white chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons of butter together over low heat, stirring until smooth.
