  • Shredded coconut1/2 cup
  • Dried cranberries1/2 cup
  • Butter, softened1/2 cup
  • Powdered sugar1 cup
  • Milk2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla extract1 teaspoon
  • White chocolate chips6 ounces
  • Butter2 tablespoons

    For the base: Melt 1/2 cup butter in a saucepan. Stir in graham cracker crumbs, coconut, and dried cranberries. Press mixture evenly into the bottom of an ungreased 8x8 inch pan.
