- Very ripe bananas3 medium
- All-purpose flour1 1/2 cups
- Brown sugar3/4 cup, packed
- Vegetable oil1/3 cup
- Egg1 large
- Baking soda1 teaspoon
- Salt1/4 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract1 teaspoon

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, mash the bananas thoroughly.

Add the brown sugar, vegetable oil, and egg to the mashed bananas. Mix well.
