Ingredients
- Chicken tenders1 lb, cut into pieces
- Frozen stir-fry vegetable mix16 oz
- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Soy sauce1/3 cup
- Honey1 tbsp
- Cornstarch1 tsp
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Water1/4 cup

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, and 1/4 cup water. Whisk until smooth. Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces and garlic powder. Stir-fry until chicken is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the frozen stir-fry vegetable mix to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are heated through and tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes.

Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Stir constantly until the sauce thickens, about 1-2 minutes.
