Ingredients
- Cooked chicken (rotisserie or leftover)2 cups, cubed
- Soy sauce1/3 cup
- Honey3 tbsp
- Rice vinegar2 tbsp
- Sesame oil1 tbsp
- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Ginger powder1/2 tsp
- Cornstarch1 tbsp
- Water2 tbsp
- Toasted sesame seeds2 tbsp
- Scallions, chopped2, for garnish

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder.

In a separate small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry.

Heat a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sauce mixture and bring to a simmer.

Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens, about 1-2 minutes.

Add the cooked chicken to the sauce and toss to coat. Heat through for 2-3 minutes.
