Ingredients
- Chicken thighs, bone-in, skin-on4 large
- Gochujang (Korean chili paste)3 tablespoons
- Soy sauce2 tablespoons
- Honey1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil1 tablespoon
- Rice vinegar1 teaspoon
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Ginger, grated1 teaspoon
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper1/4 teaspoon

Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C).

Pat chicken thighs dry.

In a bowl, whisk together gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper to create the glaze.

Brush about half of the glaze onto the chicken thighs.

Place chicken in the air fryer basket, skin-side up.

Air fry for 15 minutes.

Flip the chicken thighs, brush with the remaining glaze, and air fry for another 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through (165°F/74°C internal temperature) and the glaze is caramelized.
