Ingredients
- Spaghetti400g
- Ground Beef400g
- Yellow Onion1 medium
- Garlic3 cloves
- Crushed Tomatoes800g can
- Tomato Paste2 tbsp
- Beef Broth100ml
- Olive Oil1 tbsp
- Dried Oregano1 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Black Pepperto taste
- Parmesan Cheesefor serving
- Fresh Parsleyfor garnish

Chop onion and mince garlic.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up. Drain excess fat.

Add chopped onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add minced garlic and tomato paste, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Stir in crushed tomatoes, beef broth, and dried oregano. Bring to a simmer.

Reduce heat to medium-low, cover partially, and simmer for at least 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened.

Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain.
