- Ground beef1 lb
- Yellow onion1/2 cup, finely chopped
- Garlic2 cloves, minced
- Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce1-2, minced (adjust to spice preference)
- Adobo sauce1 tbsp
- Ketchup1/3 cup
- Cumin1 tsp
- Salt1/2 tsp
- Black pepper1/4 tsp
- Brioche buns4
- Cilantrofor garnish (optional)

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium-high heat until the beef is browned and the onion is softened. Drain excess grease.

Stir in the minced chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, ketchup, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened and flavors have melded.
