Ingredients
- Pork baby back ribs1 rack (approx. 2-3 lbs)
- Salt1 tsp
- Black pepper1 tsp
- Garlic powder1 tbsp
- Onion powder1 tbsp
- Your favorite BBQ sauce2 cups

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.

Season the ribs generously on all sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Place ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil. Cover tightly with foil.

Bake for 60 minutes.

Remove the foil, generously brush the ribs with BBQ sauce.

Bake uncovered for another 20-30 minutes, basting with more sauce halfway through, until the sauce is bubbly and the ribs are cooked through.
