Ingredients
- Pork Tenderloin1.5 lbs
- Butter4 tbsp
- Garlic3 cloves, minced
- Fresh Parsley2 tbsp, chopped
- Salt1 tsp
- Black Pepper0.5 tsp
Steps

Cut the pork tenderloin into 1-inch thick medallions.

Season the medallions generously with salt and black pepper.

Heat 1 tbsp of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the pork medallions for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature 145°F/63°C). Remove pork from skillet and set aside.

Reduce heat to medium. Add the remaining 3 tbsp of butter to the skillet.

Once melted, add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Stir in the chopped parsley. Pour the garlic butter sauce over the pork tenderloin.
