- Pork loin cutlets4 (thinly sliced, about 100-120g each)
- All-purpose flour3/4 cup
- Egg1 large
- Breadcrumbs (plain)1 cup
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

If cutlets are not thin enough, pound them slightly. Season with salt and pepper.
