Ingredients
- Lamb leg, cut into cubes1.5 lbs
- Feta cheese, cubed4 oz
- Olive oil1/4 cup
- Red wine vinegar2 tbsp
- Garlic, minced3 cloves
- Red pepper flakes1 tsp
- Dried oregano1 tbsp
- Salt1 tsp
- Black pepper1/2 tsp

Cut lamb into 1-inch cubes. Cube feta cheese to a similar size.

In a bowl, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Add lamb cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.

Thread lamb cubes and feta cubes alternately onto the skewers.
