  • Dried oregano1 tbsp

  • Black pepper1/2 tsp

    Cut lamb into 1-inch cubes. Cube feta cheese to a similar size.

    In a bowl, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, oregano, salt, and pepper.

    Add lamb cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
