Ingredients
- Linguine1 pound
- Fresh lump crab meat1 pound
- Cherry tomatoes1 pint, halved
- Garlic4 cloves, thinly sliced
- Extra virgin olive oil1/4 cup
- Red pepper flakes1/2 teaspoon (or to taste)
- Dry white wine1/4 cup
- Fresh basil1/4 cup, chopped

Cook linguine in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.

While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté until garlic is golden and fragrant (about 2 minutes).

Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Cook until they begin to soften and burst, about 5-7 minutes.

Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for 1 minute.

Add the crab meat and gently toss to combine with the tomatoes and garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Add the drained linguine to the skillet. Toss well. Add chopped basil and a splash of reserved pasta water to create a light sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
