Ingredients
- Onions2 large
- Gram flour (besan)3/4 cup
- Baking sodaa pinch
- Coriander powder1 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Wateras needed
- Oil for deep fryingsufficient
Steps

Thinly slice the onions and place them in a bowl. Add salt and mix.

Add gram flour, coriander powder, and a pinch of baking soda to the onions. Mix well. Add a little water, just enough to form a thick batter that coats the onions.

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat.

Drop spoonfuls of the onion mixture into the hot oil.

Fry for about 4-5 minutes, turning, until golden brown and crisp.
