Ingredients
- Jarred roasted red peppers1.5 cups
- Walnuts3/4 cup
- Breadcrumbs1/4 cup
- Pomegranate molasses1.5 tablespoons
- Olive oil1.5 tablespoons
- Red pepper flakes1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice2 teaspoons
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Drain the jarred roasted red peppers well.

In a food processor, combine drained roasted red peppers, walnuts, breadcrumbs, pomegranate molasses, olive oil, red pepper flakes, cumin, and lemon juice.

Process until mostly smooth but with some texture remaining.
