  • Pancit Canton noodles (dried egg noodles)8 oz

  • Broccoli florets1 cup
  • Red bell pepper, sliced1/2 medium

  • Soy sauce3 tbsp
  • Sesame oil1 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil1 tbsp
  • Water1/4 cup
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)1 tsp

Steps

    Cook Pancit Canton noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

    Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
