Ingredients
- Pancit Canton noodles (dried egg noodles)8 oz
- Chicken breast, thinly sliced1/2 lb
- Broccoli florets1 cup
- Red bell pepper, sliced1/2 medium
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Soy sauce3 tbsp
- Sesame oil1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Water1/4 cup
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)1 tsp
Steps

Cook Pancit Canton noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add sliced chicken and stir-fry until cooked through.

Add broccoli florets and sliced bell pepper. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, and water.

Add the cooked noodles to the wok. Pour the sauce mixture over the noodles and vegetables. Toss well to combine and heat through, about 2-3 minutes.
