Ingredients

  • Hot dogs or kielbasa1 cup, sliced
  • Canned baked beans1 can (400g)
  • Kimchi1 cup, chopped
  • Instant ramen noodles2 packages
  • Onion1/2, thinly sliced
  • Green onions2, chopped
  • Gochujang2 tablespoons
  • Water3 cups
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste

Steps

    In a pot, combine sliced hot dogs, canned baked beans, chopped kimchi, and sliced onion.

    Add gochujang and water. Stir well to combine.

    Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce to a simmer for 10 minutes.

    Add the instant ramen noodles (without the seasoning packet) and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender.
