Ingredients

  • Cooked rice3 cups
  • Roasted seaweed sheets (Gim)6 sheets
  • Sesame oil2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise2 tbsp
  • Canned tuna1 can
  • Cucumber1/2
  • Imitation crab sticks6 sticks
  • Saltpinch
  • Black pepperpinch

Steps

    Season cooked rice with 1 tbsp sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

    Drain canned tuna and mix with mayonnaise. Julienne cucumber into thin sticks. Cut imitation crab sticks in half lengthwise.

    Lay a seaweed sheet on a bamboo rolling mat. Spread a thin layer of seasoned rice over the seaweed, leaving a border.

    Arrange tuna mixture, cucumber sticks, and imitation crab sticks horizontally across the rice.

    Roll tightly using the bamboo mat. Brush the outside with remaining sesame oil.

    Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve.
